Delete your Pepy account

In the app

Open Profile, then Your data and account, then Delete my account, and enter the code we send to your phone.

Without the app

Write to privacy@pepy.in with the mobile number on the account. We send a code to that number to confirm it is you, then delete the account.

What is deleted

Your name, phone number, email, date of birth, learning history, tiers, streak and purchases. Subjects you bought are not refunded.

What is kept

Only payment records that Indian tax law requires us to keep, without your learning data. Everything else is gone within 30 days.

Pilot sign-ups

To remove a pilot sign-up from pepy.in, write to privacy@pepy.in with the WhatsApp number you used.
