Terms of use
These terms cover pepy.in and the Pepy app (together, “Pepy”), run by Pepy (pepy.in) (“we”). By using Pepy you agree to them.
What Pepy is
Pepy teaches through short voiced videos, 3D scenes you can turn, and questions with worked solutions. Courses are sold per subject. The first course is NEET.
Your account
- You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. One account uses one phone at a time; signing in on a new phone signs the old one out.
- Keep your phone and codes to yourself. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or sold.
- For now an account stays with the phone number it was made with.
Students under 18
If you are under 18, you may use Pepy only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for you.
Courses and payments
- The first topic of every subject is free. A subject is bought once, for the price shown before you pay, and stays unlocked on your account, including chapters we add later.
- Payments are handled by Razorpay or Google Play. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
- Purchases are final: see our cancellation and refund policy.
Using Pepy fairly
Pepy’s videos, 3D scenes, questions and solutions are ours or licensed to us. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, record, resell or publish them, or try to break or overload the service.
What we promise, and what we don’t
- People check every video, 3D scene and question before it is published. If you find a mistake, use “Report a problem” or write to support@pepy.in; we fix it and tell you.
- Pepy helps you learn. It does not promise any mark, rank or result in any exam.
- We work to keep Pepy available, but it may sometimes be down for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we will tell account holders about important changes. You can stop using Pepy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
